1.2   When you subscribe to TransAsia’s legal reports, featured articles, newsletters, we will collect your name, the name of your organization, your position within the organization and email address that you voluntarily fill in to verify your identity and send you the materials you have subscribed to.

1.3   When we hold online or offline events, such as online or offline legal seminars, thematic forums and lectures, we may collect your name, employer, title and contact information (e.g., email address, mobile phone number) in order to complete registration for such events and provide you with event-related information.

1.4   When you apply for a position with us, we may collect your basic contact information (e.g., name, email address and mobile phone number), identity information (e.g., identity card information and social security information), your education and work experience, and other information in your resume for the purpose of screening candidates, conducting background checks and entering into an employment contract.

1.5   When you access our website, we will collect and store necessary log information when you browse the website to fulfill our legal obligations.
